Avocado Buttermilk Dressing
3/4 c. lowfat buttermilk
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, but keep some ribs if you want a bit of a kick
1/4-1/2 c. loosely packed fresh cilantro
1 avocado
1/2 - 3/4 T. minced garlic
1 green onion, chopped
juice of 1 lime
1/8 t. cumin
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. salt
Put everything in a blender to combine.
